Cementation Africa invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Shift Supervisor Grout Plant to be placed in Karee 3, near Marikana ,North West. The successful candidate will report to the Site Superintendent. The company will provide remuneration and benefits relevant and appropriate to the position. Preference will be given to Historically Disadvantaged South African (HDSA) candidates. Applications only open to South African Citizens / Permanent Residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

·        Effective supervision of the underground and surface Grout Plant crews

·        Effective planning, leading, organising and control within area of responsibility to achieve daily production, quality and safety targets

·        Cost containment through effective budget management and efficient target achievement

·        Accurate and timely reporting

·        Effective stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth workflows and target achievement

·        Efficient achievement of production and quality targets in line with DMR and project scope

·        Ensure cost containment in section

·        Understand and comply with company policies, procedures, standards and safety protocols

·        Effective self-management in alignment with the company values
